1. Purchases

  • All transactions in ZAR (South African Rand)

  • Payment processed via Yoco, Paystack, or Bob Pay

  • We reserve right to cancel suspicious/fraudulent orders

2. Product Disclaimer

  • For external use only

  • Perform patch test before full application

  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs

  • Natural variations in colour/scent may occur between batches

  • Results may vary based on individual hair/skin types

3. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Purposely Pure including:

  • Product formulations and descriptions

  • Website copy and blog content

  • Butterfly logo and branding elements
    Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions (despite natural ingredients)

  • Delivery delays by third-party couriers

  • Misuse of products contrary to instructions

  • Indirect damages from product use

5. Governing Law

  • Governed by laws of South Africa

  • Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Western Cape courts

  • Complaints must be submitted via hello@purposelypure.co.za before legal action

6. Policy Changes

  • Terms may be updated periodically

  • Continued use of site constitutes acceptance

  • Material changes will be notified via email
